Jun 28, 2025 · Anna RhodesNice private family run campground with showers and flush toilets. Each dry tent site has a picnic table and fire ring. $35 per tent/ automobile spot. There's some cell service down at the rivers edge. The owners live in an RV on site which helps the feeling of security. They didn't mind me sleeping in my car, either. (some places have weird rules)Approved for solo female travelers!

This place was the first one with an opening.Charlie was fantastic. The weather and climate were perfect. And a beautiful spot at the mouth of the Klamath river with an eclectic group of campers and some lovely wildlife - like this friendly bear across the creek.Next time we are around there, we will certainly stay again.
