May 24, 2025 · Andrew GardinerWe have stayed at many KOAs across the United States and this one was great! I didn't use the shower house or bathrooms but I checked them out (of course) and they were SPOTLESS!!!! Our spot was easy to get to and pull through. It was shaded which for us was a huge win. We did have a minor water issue, due to our neighbors, but it was quickly fixed and we didn't even skip a beat. The only issue we had, but for us it was not a big deal and we did not report it - sorry, was the breaker on the power connect pole was going bad so when we ran an appliance (air fryer or electric skillet - not at the same time though) and our air conditioning, the breaker would trip. We just improvised and turned the air off while I cooked - again, no biggie but I would take a look at that. We loved the pool and our dogs LOVED the doggie park. Thank you for a great stay - we really appreciate it and would recommend your KOA to everyone!!!
Jun 08, 2025 · Jc AccountThe location is ideal, but if you’re going off of their KOA website hours (since there are none listed on Google Maps) you’ll be confused to arrive and find out that the office closes between 10a and 4p. So don’t expect to be able to talk to someone if you’re trying to call ahead to make a day-of reservation from on the road and certainly don’t expect the welcoming KOA brand hospitality upon arrival. If you set your expectations to “full-freight self-service”, you probably won’t be disappointed.
Jul 01, 2025 · Mia Bauer WeyhThis review should be for the KOA in Anderson. While it seems a bit crowded it appears to have some great amenities. Frisbee Golf, a playground, pool, game room, covered picnic table area. We were there visiting friends the location has cabins, primitive camping as well as RV close to the conveniences of water which is why people love it
May 25, 2025 · Pamela PeerCalled to cancel on Monday due to RV mechanical problems. Reservation was for Thursday-Friday reservation and the owner advised there would be no refund inside of 7 days policy in effect a year. However her disposition and customer service was lacking any empathy for loss of deposit. Went on to state she is running a business and the campground is booked up on the weekends. However she could have offered a credit or an ear of comfort.
