American Heritage Campground Reviews
Lovely campground nestled in a wooded area, slight road noise but nothing that interferes with one’s sleep. Bathrooms were clean and large, well stocked camp store, on site privately operated food truck with multiple options. The host were delightful and very helpful. They even have a tiny farm with wee baby chickens and sheep…I would highly recommend recommend this campground…
May 26, 2025 · Jan GordonThis is our second stay at this family owned campground. They are always friendly, clean, and I love the lush greenery around the camp sites. Last time the grandmother checked us in, this time Dillon the adult grandson took care of us. He is very helpful, friendly and has a great beard. 😉
Jul 06, 2025 · Travis SmithI loved this beautiful place, the hosts were incredibly helpful and hospitable. If I knew my stay was going to be so good, I would have planned to stay longer! We camped, the sites were great, the bathroom was very clean, spacious and warm (early spring), loved the little farm and the ambiance was very respectful and peaceful. We'll be back!
Apr 14, 2025 · Danette MassaroNice and peaceful campground during both our stays "winter months". The owners are super sweet and very talkative. Most campsites have good privacy and lots of greenery between them..this is so nice to have right outside the city. The campground looks well maintained/clean but the facilities could use an upgrade. Everything worked as far as laundry machines and bathhouse showers so no complaints. This isn't a "resort style campground" and the prices reflect that. Reasonable for the grounds. There were some long term campers on sites that may look to some people kinda sketchy but we had zero issues with other campers. Very quiet our entire weekend. Will definitely stay here again when we return to WA.
