Abalone Campground

Trinidad, CA 95570, USA

4.0
Awesome facility great amenities. The only reason for four stars is the booking process. We did not have reservations, but they did have plenty of openings. The website shows completely booked. They told us we have to check out and back in to the same spot, because they don't know if our space is reserved the following day. I guess I just don't understand why they don't know if spots are reserved or not??? Seems like their processes could use updating. Like I said, no complaints other than that. Park ranger was very friendly and helpful, as I could tell she also isn't a fan of the system. - cameron henderson
