Woodvalley Mobile Home Park Reviews
Came to visit my grandfather the other day. First time back in years (he usually comes to my house) and it’s really went down hill. I could always call this place home. But it’s gotten real ugly. When I visited trash was over flowed and my grandfather had to hold his trash on his porch. He’s old and stable but he cannot be lugging around and waiting 4 days to take his trash. I’ve started speaking to case managers to get him moved out. IF you have family of disabilities I do not recommend. Even the roads are full of pot holes. And it causes him trouble driving due to a back rod. Also i witnessed a rather large and aggressive man yelling at a kid about trash? The kid was disrespectful as well (after they had gotten yelled at which caused us to look out windows) but should not have been spoken to the way we heard from INSIDE my grandfathers home. Again this has been my first time back in a very long time so hopefully it is usually much better, but I do not like how it has turned. When I was a kid I remember having to wait a 1 whole day every other summer so that they could re-tar the roads. I drive a motor bike and I had to walk my girl through some of those pot holes. I can find weeds starting to grow through my grandfathers driveway. Honestly from my few hours of visiting I found a lot to talk about. Is someone running this place still?

Mar 06, 2025 · Edward HallWe installed gutters and leaf guards on one of the homes , everyone was very nice to us at Star Improvements
Feb 03, 2021 · Shawn YorkI have lived here nearly 12 years. The wide lots and having a massive tree in each lot makes you feel as if you live more in a country setting. The residents are pleasant. Management keeps issues to a minimum
May 11, 2023 · Tim HutchisonMy grandma lives here she's asked the park manager to cut a branch down so it don't destroy her home and he refuses to do anything about it. Not to long ago he cut a branch on a neighbor tree because it feel on her gutters then he denied the incident ever happened. He won't give out the owners phone number or email. We have asked him many times to fix some things that are not her responsibility and he ignores every request. If the owner reads this please get in contact with me
