We live in this community for over 10 years now, there's been the ups and downs when IPG bought and took over this park; however they finally placed ARI as new on site manager; He is handling business phenomenally and we can say we are seeing constant change and improvement in every area! From installing new gas lines, sewer pipes, plumbing, to no more ratchet non residents roaming around. There is now plenty parking for guests, the recreation room is fully renovated, the streets are clean, there is a new sheriff in town, ARI!!!! There was even a board meeting with all the home owners!! I always feel welcomed when I go in the office, and always leave with a milk bone treat for my puppy! We could not be any happier, this community has finally come back to being classy, and safe. We are so appreciative of all the efforts IPG is making to ameliorate this park and so so grateful and thankful for manager Ari! Thank you so much for all your hard work!!
