Out of all the rating’s I gave. This park is probably a decent place to stay if you can’t find anywhere else to live.

Feb 20, 2020 · Brad SchollLiving in this park is the next best thing to owning a house, I have a garage, a shed and a fenced yard for my dog, our neighbors are awesome and quiet, my only issue with wood haven since it’s been under new management, it feels like the parks maintenance could be a lot better, I see houses missing siding and severally in need of cleaning, skirting falling off and general maintenance, I see siding smashed on garages and missing pieces, just wish manegement would start getting down on people to keep up the general appearance of this park.
