Wooded Acres MHP Reviews
Managment does very little, constantly have to deal with some residents being a nuisance, dogs barking at all hours of the night, running into the road. Kids from some residents are often left unsupervised and while visiting friends in the park I have had to dodge them when they bolt into the road with no warning. My friend that lives here often complains to me about residents ripping through the park on minibikes and his brother had his car egged and damaged by his neighbor, which the park refused to do anything about. I had one resident threaten me while I visited him because he thought me doing 5mph was too fast, the speed limit sign at the entrance has been on the ground for months now and he often complains about the water and septic being out of date, and they bump the rent up every chance they can without changing or updating anything. I posted this for him because he is afraid to post it on his own out of fear of retaliation, don't rent from these slumlords. I am also using a throwaway account at his request
