Feb 10, 2025 · juan gudinoGreat place to live; the property manager handles everything you need handled professionally and timely, big plus for the most part unless you need him he doesn't bother your family like some land lords do. Park is clean and quiet 90% of the day. Their are always kids running around and playing. Everyone cleans up after their pets to which is nice.
Apr 15, 2022 · Wynter SnyderIf you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to live then this is the place for you. I lived here for 17 months before just purchasing my home & have had a pleasant experience. If you have kids then there’s plenty of friends they can make while living here. All the neighbors are friendly & were gracious to give us helping hands if we ever needed them. Brent, the on-site manager, is a very down to earth man, very friendly, & will conversate with you in passing. Him & his workers were always fast to resolve any issues we had that popped up with our Unit within a days time. I highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a place.
