Windsong MHC Reviews
I wanted to retire here. I love my home my upgrades. It is beautiful. I have a beautiful yard however, until about a year ago, I started being harassed about things that I’ve been approved to have in the last 10 years in writing.I spent considerable money on the upgrades for my home, beautifying it. The office manager has told me to move has told other tenants that my home would be available soon for them.I’ve found so much comfort living here and to have that uprooted and to be uncomfortable and to be in fear of being displaced and having my animals displaced is very scary I have old dogs approved to live in this community service animals that have been doing things for 12 years a certain way and now they can’t lay on the porch.I own a cleaning company and have tried for years to get the Cleaning account in the community I finally was able to do so. I was offered the Cleaning account by the office manager. At first I took the opportunity to clean the homes for $250 and was willing to give her the $50 kickback per home she requested after giving it some thought and we cleaned our first home.I told her that once the invoice was paid I would then send her the $50 in a money order or check made payable to WindsongShe got upset with this because it needed to be a cash transaction between her and I I explained that I was uncomfortable doing that Ultimately I felt like I would possibly end up getting in trouble with my community and risk my housing. It felt sneaky.Since this verbal transaction, I have not been paid for the clean and she has since began picking my property apart continuously harassing me. She knew I would be gone on vacation for July 4 and decided to issue citations that needed to be corrected in a day regimen or $50 per citation was going to be issued on the 13 citations.I had to pack up and return home keep in mind we had emptied our vehicle out and set the things on our porch because it’s a work vehicle and then when we return from our trip, we unpack our luggage and placed items back in the vehicleBut she could not find it in her heart to give me the grace. Of our vacation time to allow those items to sit on the porch.Continuously feel threatened. I continuously receive final notice violations on items. I’ve never been violated for. Also, I pay the community three months six months sometimes up to eight months of rent payments at a time so they can sit on that money under the agreement that I’m not charged a month-to-monthAnd now I’m being charged month-to-month and being charged for my trashcanI am almost certain my days are numbered here that she is going to have me put out of the community as she has many other individualsMy grandchildren live with me my pets live with me. Had these pets for 10+ years and a community they’ve been approved to live in every time they issue new documentation to fill out who lives in the residence the vehicles you have, etc., fill those out and turn them in .Another saying, they have no record of my vehicles of my animals and that I have limited time to get rid of my service animalsI’m devastated, frustrated annoyed scared I feel as being backed into a corner and I’m going to end up having to spend unnecessary money, attaining a lawyer and living in fear of losing my house pride and joy the place for my children and my grandchildren. Call home everyone’s comfort pride .Unless you’re going to use this place as a steppingstone, temporary housing don’t come here I used to be so prideful of my community, proud secure dependent in this last year. My anxiety is awful.

Apr 29, 2025 · DaydayTerrible. When you see your community manager was taken to court and sheriff moved her out because she previously had her trailer repossessed from a different trailer park (Marion county court records online) before and now she’s the community manager with no education or experience.. Not maintained. Trash overflowing & on streets & Excessive stray cats & animals everywhere that use your flower boxes at litter boxes that stink and community manager does nothing. Broken street lights & community sign. Community manager is not educated or licensed and very unprofessional and has harassed me non -stop since I bought a place here. She is terrible.I have had to take her to court for her braking the law. Marion Small claim court is Public Records & you can verify management . You can also verify indiana state license at Indiana. Gov. And very license. Be smart and verify names. You can also look up education through Clearing House and see the Community manager has no degree. Get names and verify!! She does not have none! I been at new place I bought less than a year and lot rent alone is raised to $600.00. I I had to file a report on my own for the power company to come in and fix the park lights that have out over a year. I would not recommend this place knowing what I know now. Unprofessionally managed. Watch out!! Get management names and verify education and credentials. Community manager that use to say and think she is a property manager, She has none-free public information

Jun 04, 2025 · Destina OrozcoTerrible. Bought a new place things did not work & management said they’re not responsible. Then there was damage on new home that wasn’t there a day before from managements lawn service & Rhonda the manager said lawn service and them are not responsible. Their manager Rhonda has no knowledge of Indiana laws or experience in management . She comes up with incorrect billings & will stalk your home on golf cart and drive by & stare. She will lie for no reason & because her knowledge if she don’t know she will make up things . Theirs no consequences cuz theirs no way to get ahold of her bosses . She’s running place like she wants and not professional . She will send people over to your home without warning . . She’s an embarrassment. I have been here less than a year and lot rent has been raised and now paying $600.00 a month for lot rent plus water bill and sewage chargers and their miscellaneous charges on top of the $600.00 a month lot rent. Rhonda community manager constantly starts fight with people and sends people over to your place with no notice. Does not give any proper notice on any services. I catch her in lies constantly and have to tell her correct way by law. You cannot get a hold of higher management. She’s unlicensed and uneducated, and unprofessional. Windsong management hired her random off the streets with lack of knowledge or experience and it shows. Wild cats & Rodents & trash throughout park. Management terrible & not licensed or Educated & does not maintain park. Trash everywhere and broken street lights. Management adds rules and will make up things. Rodent problems too. I had to make a report to the electric company for them to come and fix street lights. I would not recommend Windsong/Peak Community as long as she/Same management is in the office.
