She ran ahead and unlocked the model homes and disappeared. We were able to ask a few questions. The lot fee is $695 per month and includes NOTHING. It doesn't even include snow removal on the sidewalks which I found crazy since it is a 55+ Community. A few lots are decent in size, most are tiny. You are not able to put a fence anywhere on your lot so that makes having a pet difficult. Anything you put on your door or porch must be tasteful as well as what type of flowers you plant. There are no amenities except a small playground. I don't know how seniors will be able to pay such a high lot fee that includes nothing. I can't!!They should also consider a new sales representative who is willing to spend a few minutes to answer questions and not be so rude and indifferent.

Utah in the summer are you kidding me. Also they do not have garage disposal just additional fees that you have to add on. Let's add that they are pet friendly but you can not add a fence in the yard that they don't even maintain. When I was there to look at one the manager just hurried me through and when i asked to look at one with a back deck she told me that she had somewhere to be. It was 10:00 am on a Saturday. Shouldn't the office be open on Saturdays. It is a ripoff.Just a question I am not sure how many units they have in the other area. But just for the 40 that they are building in the new area. that is $333,600 a year plus all the other units are $695.00 as well. It seems that the owner might be taking advantage of the seniors that live there.

Bring all your kids n cousins! And it's 950.00 a month for a land lease, CA company will never answer your call. Sell people! And never buy in this shothole management

The manager on grounds, Shayleena is super nice with a great personality and she does a tremendous job at helping you with any questions you might have, or resolving any issues you might have. They have a great guy doing maintenance who knows it all and works very hard everyday. Grounds are always kept clean and presentable. The place is also quiet and peaceful with friendly residents who enjoy going out for walks. There’s also tons of Great shops and restaurants nearby! I highly recommend you go and check it out for yourself!
