RV parks today cater to a diverse range of needs, from brief overnight stops to long-term residencies that resemble traditional neighborhood living. The emphasis for many is on a comfortable, hassle-free environment with access to essential services. Wimp's RV Park on the Lake, as its name suggests, promises a picturesque setting, which is a significant draw for many RVers. However, the true value of an RV park for long-term residents also lies in its management, adherence to community rules, and the overall quality of daily living. Mar 28, 2024 · John KohanI'm a disabled veteran and I was a monthly tenant at this RV Park. I had major back surgery and the VA wasn't paying the money that they were supposed to so I couldn't afford to stay there anymore. The day I was supposed to leave, it was pouring down rain and on a Friday, 1st of February 2024. I couldn't get help over there back of the rain. It rained all day. I couldn't do it myself because of my back surgery. The park charged me for that one night. I had help over there early the next morning and was out of there asap. I text her as soon as I left it spotless and there was no reason for her not to give a little break. I was a good tenant. I didn't make problems. I was quiet, clean and no pets. They still charged me for one night. I feel like she could have made an exception considering my situation. They have people there that make noise all the time. Even cranking up loud vehicles at night. Letting there dog's and cats run loose even at night. Sure it has some nice scenery but it really isn't worth what you pay to live there. This place is very anti - Veteran and could care less about managing the park according to the rules that they have in place.
Mar 03, 2024 · Chris MitchellSo far so good. Really nice spot. Only downside is internet service is difficult
Oct 20, 2024 · James BishopLots of mid to long term campers. They will take overnight stays when available. Gravel lots, full hookups. Very quiet.
Sep 18, 2023 · Ken JonesGood place, but there's always a waiting list and are kinda hard to get in touch with
