Willows Trailer Village Introduce
For Washington residents seeking a flexible and stable living arrangement in the Central Columbia Basin, Willows Trailer Village in Moses Lake offers a unique, dual-purpose residential solution. Classified as an RV park, a mobile home park, and an RV storage facility, this property caters to a diverse set of needs, from long-term manufactured home residency to extended and short-term stays for recreational vehicles. This combination makes it a significant component of the affordable housing and temporary accommodation market in Moses Lake, WA.
The nature of the community allows for both permanent residents in mobile or manufactured homes, who benefit from stable lot leases, and transient RV guests, who require reliable, full-service hookups. This blend of permanent and temporary residents contributes to a dynamic, yet generally quiet, environment. Customer feedback has highlighted recent efforts by new management to upgrade the community experience, including organizing free community events like potlucks and movie nights, aimed at fostering a peaceful and engaged neighborhood atmosphere with “no drama and awesome sunsets.” However, like any property, the experience can vary, with some residents noting issues with maintenance and the need for facility upgrades, such as the on-site laundry. The overall sentiment, particularly under recent management, points toward a concerted effort to improve the quality of life, making it an increasingly attractive option in the Moses Lake area.
Willows Trailer Village is a practical choice for those looking for stability without the full commitment of traditional homeownership, or for those who need a reliable, long-term RV base in the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- New manager sure has upgraded the park and it's tenants! She's hosted a bunch of free community events like potlucks and movie nights in the park for tenants. Park is peaceful and quiet with no drama and awesome sunsets. Very dog friendly with around 6 acre's of grass to walk your dog around on. On a negative note the onsite laundry I don't think it's had updated machines in over 20 years! October 10 · Raymond Nutter
- When i moved in park was kept clean neat and manager was on site and friendly always ready to help. After park was sold and under new management, it started going down hill. Trees were nit trimmed and only got watered when residents watered them. Rv sites were not watered and soon turned to dirt.If you were lucky to catch and talk to manger it did no good.I moved out of the park recently because of how bad its gotten May 30 · Susan Panko
- Nice quiet place. Price is reasonable. To many cats running around tenants need to keeps there cats inside. Overall it’s a nice place to live. September 14 · Luis Garcia
- Best rates my neighbor lady is AWESOME. Not had any p roblems Jay's been great. UPDATE: August 2021 New owners & management. They don't talk much. Argue with there manager tho... Nobody bothers me. Showers are Bunko... Only first one has Hot Water... $5 in quarters to realize it!! October 29 · Laura Hays
- My husband and I stayed there for a month in May 2006. We found it to be quiet, friendly and low-key. The owners are very nice and they have a tiny store and hair salon, as well as a playground...but not a pool. Their prices are great and they have discounts for longer stays which attracts several long-term people who are visiting or working in the area temporarily. They offer cable TV and even some phone hookups can be gotten for those staying long term. There are two coin-operated washers and dryers in the store/salon so the hours are limited but if your RV doesn't have a way to do laundry, it is great to have a place to wash your bathing suits and towels after going to one of the local lakes or pools. There are a lot of beautiful willow trees offering shade for our RVs and plenty of grass area, too. If you're looking for a place to entertain you or your children during the day, this is NOT the place for you. But if you want a nice quiet place to park your RV for when you get back from your activities, it's a great place to stay! By the way, they allow tents, too!Don't let the name "Trailer Village" fool you...it's not a seedy place. It's not fancy, that's true...but they just can't change the name after all these years. We met some nice and interesting people there and that added to the nice memories of our visit with our children and grandchildren who live in the area. Willows has what we are looking for so we'll head back there if we ever make the trip in an RV again! July 13 · Susan Rogers
