Firstly, its prime location on SC-905 provides an excellent balance of rural tranquility and urban accessibility. For RVers, the long-term rental options provide a stable base for those who prefer extended stays or work camping opportunities in the area.
While recent shifts in management and corresponding resident concerns regarding professionalism and communication are important considerations, the park's fundamental offerings—its quiet setting, natural features like the pond, and strategic location—remain appealing. For South Carolinians who value peace and quiet but still desire easy access to the excitement of Myrtle Beach, Williamson Mobile Estate & RV Park offers a practical and potentially fulfilling place to call home or a convenient stop on their RV journey. Prospective residents are encouraged to engage directly with current management to understand all policies and address any concerns before committing.

Williamson Mobile Estate & RV Park Reviews
I'm not sure how to let the owners know of the conditions here at Williamson park, so I'll start here. We moved into Williamson RV park back in August 2024, it is now March 2025. We are still living here renting an RV lot. When we moved in, Ruth and her twin granddaughters were running the property. They were so nice and professional and really were a driving force of the reason why we wanted to move our new RV here. Unfortunately, barely a month after we moved in, the ladies running the property were not involved at all anymore and a lawyer's office is now overseeing the property. They also hired a new office worker to run the office here on property. Everything thereafter instantly changed. The niceness and professional atmosphere, gone. The woman running the office is so mean, unprofessional and turns every conversation into an argument. The proof is in the amount of people that have left the property since the changed management, including my neighbor that was here for years. Now gone because of the negativity and uncertainty of this place. I really hope the family can see the amount of people leaving and realize there is a major issue here. We really don't want to leave too but we are being left with little choice. If anyone actually owning the property would like to contact me to know more in detail of the issues my family and I have had, please feel free. Thank you.
Mar 21, 2025 · Jamie SmithMoved here in October 2024, and found out after we bought a manufactured property that the lot was on probate( big lack of communication) due to owner passing months ahead. So, the lawyers hired a lady to run the office. The lady they hired has complained & started arguments with my partner and I. She’s very unprofessional, knocked on my BACK door one day to complain about where my shed was placed even though it was approved & discussed in person with the attorneys & the lady running the office. Long story short I contacted the attorneys office to complain about my interaction with her. And no one apologized for practically harassing and unprofessionally knocking on my back door. A new manager/owner NEEDS to be hired immediately. I’ve had MANY neighbors in the Williamson Estates complain about her manners and unprofessionalism.
Jun 17, 2025 · lauren gagnonIt's quite at night and everyone is very friendly. No fancy amenities but lovely park with great view of a large pond with wildlife to enjoy. There are many long term renters but they maintain the park very neat and the transient lots have the best view. The staff is great and we love staying here.
Nov 14, 2021 · Beatriz DunningReally enjoyed our long term stay here in our RV. Highly recommend this park. Very friendly and caring staff and management.
Sep 03, 2019 · Jimmy EdmondsI was in the process of moving from NY to SC and searched and searched for a place to live FT in my RV & my search brought me to Williamson. To be honest I was a little worried based off of some of the negative reviews and moving such a far distance. My experience turned out to be completely different than what some of the reviews stated. We were welcomed by Ruth and she made it very comfortable from the beginning. Keep in mind this a full time RV park and not a campground, so that means everyone around you is living there and not there for the night. They ask is to keep you site clean and presentable, don't cause a ruckus, stay on the gravel lot so you are not tearing up the grass with your vehicle & the most basic of them all is pay your rent on-time. This is all basic neighborly etiquette that you would find anywhere else especially in an HOA. The monthly prices are phenomenal even if you are on a lot where you pay your own electric. We stayed for 4 months and would have stayed longer if we didn't buy a house. I also want to shout out Melissa who was an amazing neighbor and who has recently started working in the office with Ruth. She has been a huge help with any questions we may have had and her family helps ensure the upkeep of the property. One of my favorite things about this place is the amount of property in the community and not having to leave the community to go for long evening walks with the dogs. On my last day I went in to take care of my electric for the month and Ruth had a check for my deposit refund waiting for me. Thanks again Williamson for giving us such a great full time RV experience.
