Williamsburg Manor Manufactured Home Community Reviews
There seems to be a lot of favoritism when it comes to enforcing the rules. For example, residents are being told to mow and fertilize their lawns or risk violations and fees, yet the home next to me — which belongs to the manager’s brother — hasn’t cut their grass, and no action has been taken. see below pics. As you see the pic below Williamsburg Manor important news regardingAs of today now, Saturday afternoon, nothing has been done. The grass is still untouched. The weeds are overgrown.A group Message went out stating all lawns to be cut by 4 PM Thursday and that noncompliant lots would receive a violation and have their grass mowed by the lawn service Friday morning. Which is not true!As of today now, Saturday afternoon, nothing‘s been done.Everyone in this community deserve to be treated equally, and that includes holding all residents accountable to the same laws and regulations. We all pay to live here and deserve, consistent, fairness, and peace in our surroundings.I also wanna say respectfully the park has changed drastically since Amy’s left. There was structure, clear communication and a sense of fairness. Now many residents are expressing frustration over things being handled are not handled at all. I’m not the only one noticing this.I have already sent two emails regarding sidewalk issue one on Wednesday and another on Friday, but I haven’t received a response from either of them. Given the lack of communication and continue of noncompliance I have now forwarded this issue to corporate. Hopefully, I’ll get a resolution. If not move to the next step. If you reach out to their management she don’t care & does nothing.Last winter, my pipes were froze for over three days and I have autoimmune disease. They truly don’t care about you. Super sad. It’s also been really disruptive — loud music blasting daily, lots of yelling and noise — and many of the neighbors have Voice they’re frustration.I just wanted to let you know that others in the neighborhood feel the same way. Hopefully, if enough of us speak up, something will finally be done. Or seek Legal advise!
Jun 14, 2025 · Gail O'NeilRight now, on this companies Facebook they are asking folks to leave reviews of their experience at this community. Here's my experience as of 11:15 AM CST this morning 02/16/2025:I awoke to a boom coming from a toilet, and the smell of strong fecal matter yet again wafting throughout my house for the third time in less approximately two months. There is no emergency maintenance number listed on this companies' website, on this companies google page, or on this companies Facebook. Instead a generic main office number is provided, which doesn't provide a separate option to contact maintenance in case of an emergency. When provided with a number to call in over the weekend, which isn't specifically for maintenance, it simply goes straight to voicemail.I hate to do this, I really do. I actually like living here. It's a decent enough place, people are nice and keep to themselves and it doesn't get too crazy around here. But for the last 3 months or so the septic system has essentially just crapped itself, literally. And it seems as though it is a struggle to address this ongoing issue.

Nov 26, 2024 · Miister GuwopBeware - if you pick a lot with dead trees, they become your responsibility. I am in constant fear of a tree falling on my head but was told it is my responsibility to deal with it - this week there is someone cutting trees down but there is no communication. You would think that because I have asked for these trees to be removed, I would be on the list - but who knows - no communication whatsoever - there is a truck going around marking where all the gas lines are - why are they doing this? who knows - no communication - I love my house and my neighbors but the mgmt. not so much. When I went in to discuss a charge on my bill the girl told me that she was in a good mood until I came in - really? Do better
