For RV enthusiasts in Oregon, the dream is often to find a park that combines full-service convenience with a truly spectacular location. Willamette Wine Country RV Park in Dayton, Oregon, delivers exactly that, establishing itself as a premier destination in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley. This large RV property, spanning 14.5 beautifully landscaped acres, offers a peaceful and well-maintained basecamp for exploring one of the world's most acclaimed wine regions.
The park is highly regarded for its setting, which places guests right amidst the rolling vineyards and stunning natural scenery of Yamhill County. It’s an ideal choice for both short-term visits focused on wine tasting and extended stays for those looking to immerse themselves in the local culture. The park is consistently described by satisfied guests as very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, fostering a great spot for relaxation. Beyond the standard RV camping, the site is also home to The Vintages Trailer Resort, a unique lodging option where vintage trailers are available for rent, adding to the park's distinct charm and appeal.
However, prospective guests should note the complexity of the community, as it functions both as a resort-style RV park and potentially as an extended-stay housing complex (per the provided information). While many reviews praise the excellent service and friendly staff, there have been conflicting reports, with some expressing negative opinions regarding staff interactions and a difficult application process. This suggests that the experience may vary, particularly concerning long-term residency or specific interactions with management. Despite these isolated critiques, the overwhelming positive feedback centers on the park's physical attributes—its cleanliness, excellent amenities, and unbeatable location—confirming its status as a top-tier destination for an enjoyable RV experience in wine country.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a wonderful stay at Willamette Wine Country RV Park! The location is perfect—close to wineries and beautiful scenery. The park is very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it a great spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable RV experience in wine country.
August 17 · Amore mioVery toxic staff! Definitely avoid if you can. Rude and enjoy bossing people around for no reason. It’s the typical be rude to the upstanding citizens while letting the dangerous people get off scott free! Definitely don’t recommend! Staff, please learn customer service.
July 11 · Lord HuonQuite rude staff. Don’t recommend. If the staff would be kind it would be a good experience but they’re quite bigoted and not inclusive AT ALL. Very disappointing with how much we pay. Would caution any potential guests.
July 11 · Caleb McNaughtonIf you have other choices on places to stay, please stay somewhere else. This place is being run into the ground. Here are the pros to this RV park .. if you have dogs, the big dog park is just around the corner and it's great. And most everyone living here that has been here for a long period of time is great and friendly. Now the cons. it is right next to the sewage waste ponds, so it's stinks ALL the time. There are many rude and entitled people living here. The park is under new management and like a week after the new guy came in, he started passing out eviction notices to people who had just arrived at the park. Which will not look good for him in the future. And there were no prior notices given to these people as to problems that may have been occurring. The spots are so unlevel that your trailer has to be on huge blocks to not have it's jacks fully extended. It is very clear they only thing they really care about is the "vintages" side that rents for $300 a night. But I wouldn't stay there either, they have fiberglass mattress and bug infestations underneath. They allow some people to do as they please, never washing their campers so they are gross and covered in moss, and some people have junk all over their spots. They double charged us when we move in and it took them over a month and a half to finally return the money to me, but only after I told them I was not paying for another month till I had my $950 back.
April 14 · Katie CaudillNice place to live. We have been here only a couple months.Paved roads, kind of has sideways. Employees are as friendly as you allow them to be, as any other business. Rules are always changing. Has a clean, heated pool. Has a clean laundry room, with books you can swap out. Very Nice neighborhood and awesome neighbors. No park for the children or pets on site. If you are a resident you can not use the store, the store bathroom, or the community fire pit area, nor the bikes, not sure what else residents are allowed to do or not do (between managers). At this date we pay around $759 lot rent. Water and trash is included. They provide internet, not cable. The Internet does not work well! They pay water (unless you go over, not sure how much is over) and trash. You pay electric.
