It’s in an amazing location not far from anything but not in the heart of everything just a block away from coin laundry, gas and food; 15 minutes from the plaza and Longview lake and 20 from power and light and Jacomo Marina.I see this place having lots of potential within the next few years and look forward to watching it grow.

Been here for awhile, and recently we found out there was an issue with our meter. But the landlord didn't discuss it with us, he decided we were guilty and he added a $90 utilities charge onto our rent. Then he illegally shuts off our electricity and water, cursing at me to move our piece of s*** immediately. He decided to add over $500 onto our bill this month.
