Ever since river stone took over. It has never been so bad. No real maintenance to speak of and the management changes all the time. With that rules change. So have to deal with them some do not! Rules are in the leases but not all people are get notices. We'll have a good day here in No where land. That is what cabarrus county sheriff department calls this place.

New management do everything and anything to try to get more money out of everyone by enforcing new rules and if we do not comply by a certain date which also happens to be a short amount of time given, they charge us for even more. ridiculous

Now me and my husband have moved but my parents live there and just received a letter that their lot rent is going up $60 November 1st. They will be paying $550 a month!!!!! My parents are 73 and 74 years old this is highway robbery!! If I could afford to get them out of there I would!!!! This is so stressful and there's nothing they can do about it. The water is not fit to drink turns your clothes Orange. Some days the water is black and Rusty coming out of the faucet and the roads are terrible. Neighbors are terrible and the cops are out there all the time drug busts and fights. What are they getting for that extra $60 a month NOTHING, NOTHING OTHER THAN ROBBED!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!! If I could give it a negative I would give it a negative 100. My elderly parents struggle everyday just to survive!!!! They should have a little more respect for older people that don't work can't work!!!!!
