Although mostly a mobile home community, there are some vacant lots where monthly RV’s are permitted. As Floridians, my wife & I have spent 2 snowbird summer seasons here so far in our fifth wheel RV, and will spend more. There are no amenities that you would find in a campground i.e. pool, clubhouse, laundry, etc., but it is right in the area that we want to spend our summers. Management (Heidi and Adrian) is friendly and does a great job with the tenants. Some of the units are dated, but the owners do a good job of keeping them in good repair. Yards are well manicured and the grounds are kept nicely. We have become friends with our neighbors and look forward to reconnecting with them every year.

That's prob why it's going out of business now. Normally I would give it half of a star if any at all, but the girl tonight was pleasant at the register

I didn't stay here, but when working with them for finding a place for our rv they were so very helpful and pleasant. They got back to me very promptly. When bring our rv back to Milwaukee, we will totally be open to staying there.
