Whispering Pines Mobile Home Community Reviews
We have been bullied by children since we have lived here and since they are mostly friends and family and know sheriff's they got away with it especially Sam's oldest son Tyler and Monte her other son and some how related Jackson. They bullied, pestered and terrorized my dogs every since I have lived here and now people are wanting me to put my dog to sleep. They even hit Joe once and threatened other times then Tyler was sent to his dad's to protect him. Probably because Destiny was his girlfriend and she's mad at me cause I asked her to save some cheese for others when she already eat 2-3 pieces thought she was sneaky and took more. And their was a house full of other children. Well there's lots more to tell but that has been my worst of it from the manager Chrystal protecting her best friend and her children. I was recently told in August they wouldn't be renewing my lease and told us also had to pay rent in September but be out the 20th of September and Joe and I are both disabled. They also moved my niece out who's son was also bullied by these children and now is angry little man because nothing was done even when they jumped on him three on one or when Jackson hit him with grill lifter steal thingy and cut his arm open nothing got done. These are pictures of living conditions her and her children lived with that was left go for 2 yrs. And picture of my air conditioner temperature that they said for 2 summers wasn't anything wrong but high temperature outside. I had to tell them I would call DCF and see if this would qualify as neglect. Now I am being made to move cause they are taken me to court and I remember how their Attorney was to my niece because I was there and he to has no heart. Telling her there is nothing she can do even if she went to court she can except 2 more weeks or go to court and end up leaving now. Even though I got loan to pay her rent in full before time up. They refused the money. I will try to post photo's to show some of our complaints that I'm sure was reason we had to move. Plus they started killing grass around my trailer and it caused my dogs to all throw up and stuff it didn't even look like they did anyone elses.
Oct 01, 2023 · Tina CulbertsonNot a bad place. Looks a little run down and cluttered but it's a cheap place to rent
May 03, 2025 · Sharon WhiteMy family is comfortable, no troubles with people, quite neighborhood! Been working on it and making it a nicer place.Me and Joe got a nice clean place but we can't afford the rediculus electric bill, don't make sense because we only really use kitchen lights and central system but the things has not stopped going up and up every month since moved in it has tripled. Crazy 😧!
Oct 04, 2023 · Tina CulbertsonIt's a place to live. For the most part you don't get bothered by others and management is helpful.Don't care for different bugs inside the trailer but it's not horrible. It's far from town walking. It has nice sensory to watch. Over all better than living no ware.
Dec 16, 2021 · Priscilla SoaresHave never had any issues with either the owners or the renters and have lived next door for about three years plus. They from what I have seen seemed very helpful with the renters and have all always been pleasant upon passing. Always greeted with a wave
