My parents have lived here and have paid lot rent for probably at least 20 years. This place is not cared for in the least. The roads are just about impassable. I’ve called the onsite property manager. She gave me the number to the management company in Texas. I called them and expressed my concerns. They told me they would look into it and fix it if they deemed it necessary. Nothing has been done. I am now getting the local and state government involved. I believe the management company is going to have to be sued before they will do anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

My car got stuck by the mailboxes and I had to pay to get it out. So many bumps, holes and wash outs. Also complained about residents dog that is not on a leash or in a fence. Still nothing was done. Dog still chases cars and aggressively runs up and barks at people. Dogs owner does nothing to secure dog.
