- Dedicated Management and Maintenance (Positive Perspective): A key positive highlight is the praise for the manager, described as "sweet as can be and goes above and beyond to be helpful." Similarly, "Maintenance and upkeep is the best here out of anywhere I have ever lived," according to one satisfied resident. This indicates a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and property condition from some viewpoints.
- Safety and Comfort (Positive Perspective): The feeling of being "safe and at home" is a significant feature for any residential community, suggesting that at least for some, the park provides a secure and comfortable living space.
- Concerns about Safety and Environment (Negative Perspective): In stark contrast, another reviewer asserts that the "park is a joke," highlighting serious concerns about safety ("felons here"), environmental conditions ("Trash all over the ground," "Yards not cut right"), and animal welfare ("animal owners pets biting people," and deeply disturbing claims of "3 dogs die on me" and a "friend's cat just passed away" due to alleged poisoning or yard issues). This represents a severe negative highlight for potential residents.
- Management Issues (Negative Perspective): The negative review directly criticizes management, stating they "prefers to have trouble then good people in here" and "don't fix nothing." It also issues a strong warning against "rent to own" options, claiming "they will mess you up here."
- High Traffic (Negative Perspective): One reviewer noted "a lot of traffic coming in and out of there," which could detract from the quiet residential atmosphere typically sought in such communities.
The dichotomy in reviews indicates that prospective residents should conduct thorough due diligence and potentially seek multiple perspectives before making a decision.

Whispering Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
This mobile home park is a joke. My friend said he Wished George was never gone. This place has felons here. Management prefers to have trouble then good people in here. Trash all over the ground, animal owners pets biting people as there walking. Yards not cut right. Please do not rent here. Do not even try to rent to own they will mess you up here. My friend knows and I visited him so I have witnessed all. Ow not to forget to mention they don't fix nothing.
Aug 05, 2022 · Google User (Bubble butt)This is a wonderful family based community just outside the heart of LR. The manager here is sweet as can be and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Maintenance and upkeep is the best here out of anywhere I have ever lived. And most importantly of all I feel safe and at home here. Thank you guys for welcoming me to the community.
Jan 21, 2022 · Ayesha MonetGeorge is a nice guy but they're very sneaky. I moved here on a voucher in December. My light bill has been $300 since I moved here and I asked them about it and they said that's normal for over here. My water bill last month was $437 and my water bill for this month was $318. I go down to talk about my bill with George and he tells me he did me a favor by waving my deposit and key fees and what not and I was told my kids must have been flushing the toilet too much. Sounds too good to be able to move in so easy, right? It is! Last weekend somebody was shot right outside of my daughters' window. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm literally stuck here until December and benefit nothing by trying to save somebody else. If you don't believe me about the bills, email me. I have proof that it wasn't from a previous balance. Please, don't do it to yourselves!
Aug 24, 2018 · Andrea WilliamsManagement needs to go back to dancing on the pole. Roads are always messed up in the trailer park. She is rude as all get out. Maintenance takes forever to do anything and half the time they don’t even do anything or they do a very bad job at fixing the issue and have to come back to fix it again. There are gunshots almost every week. The trailer park has just gone downhill since they got this manager
Jan 26, 2022 · Devin JohnsonThis trailer park is one of the reasons mobile home parks have a bad name. There is trash all over the ground by the dumpsters. Dogs running loose one tries to attack people. Management is rarely seen or able to reach
