They forge inspections, do t keep up with repairs, and are selling property that needs to be condemned to try and squeeze money out of the mobile homes before they move them out. It's a scam. And 8 days ago they basically stole our home from us. The park manager is lazy. All she does is sit in that office. And the maintenance man is a meth addickwho has a pending charge against him from being arrested with 11 grams of meth in his pocket.

They want near 300 for lot rent. Rarely rent and want to sell mobile homes (trailers) for more than they are worth.
