Prospective residents will find that the community is thoughtfully laid out, featuring generously sized home sites and well-kept grounds. As with any community, the experience can be nuanced. While many residents praise the cleanliness and management, potential occupants should be aware that some long-time residents have noted that spaces can feel small and close to one's neighbors in certain sections. There have also been mentions of occasional issues with clutter and non-working vehicles in some areas. However, the overarching feedback points to a management team that is actively involved in preserving the park's positive, well-run, and safe environment. The key takeaway is a friendly community with good management striving to provide a welcoming and secure place to live.

June 19 · TheJosiahClarkIts ok. The spaces are pretty small so you are extra close to your next door neighbors. There is also a lot of people that have cameras on their house pointed at their neighbors to watch their every move. These camera watching nosey desperate housewives call the cops daily it seems like. If you want privacy and quiet this is not the park for you. Also in some sections there is an abundance of trash and non-working vehicles.
