★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- This place is the ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE IN ALL OF GRAND JUNCTION. They don’t fix anything and accuse you of all the issues. Why is my breaker box still flipping off and turning off all my power when I have NOTHING AT ALL plugged into ANY OF MY OUTLETS! The landlady is NEVER HERE AND EXTREMELY RUDE, sidenote I fainted and got concussion back in October 2023 and she came up to the EMTs while they were trying to put me in to the ambulance and asked them if I overd***d which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion! IT TOOK THEM OVER A YEAR TO FIX A HOLE IN MY CEILING! The maintenance men put ZERO EFFORTS into actually fixing anything at all! The community in this trailer park is 0/10 unless you like the cops being here for some VERY SKETCHY BEHAVIOR and then people get off scotch free. There is so much more I can say however it’s not worth my time to type it out, you know what you’ve done! I feel like this trailer park needs different management that actually cares about their tenants so overall if I could give this trailer park ZERO stars I would, but unfortunately it won’t let me.***Another sidenote I’m renting and legally they’re supposed to come and fix any issues I have. And they don’t or it takes them months and months to a year to even come out and fix it, but they have no problem putting in new trailers! I have two young children, 2 & 1/2 and a 6 month old, and this trailer is not a habitable place to live! June 07 · Kayla
- I have lived at Western Hills MHC for about 7 years. Since new management arrived I could not be more pleased. Their entire team is amazing! The changes that have been made are over the top. They have turned this community around, making sure it is a beautiful, peaceful and quiet place to live.KaLean is an Angel. She has helped me during a very difficult time in my life. She has listened, understood and has worked with me to the best of her ability. Without her I don't know what might have happened. Communication and showing an honest effort is so important. - I definitely recommend never moving into this community. The maintenance team and office manager don't follow through with what they tell you.In July of 2023, my husband and I felt like there was no other choice than purchase this 1971 trailer. As part of the deal we asked for the electrical breaker box to be switched from glass fuses to an actual breaker box. We were told that all work orders would be honored. Here it is the end of 2024 and it hasn't yet to be switched. The maintenance team has had more than the ample amount of time to do it. I have witnessed them building a shed and fence for another tenant who just recently moved in. They've had the to move mailboxes, put up decorations, and hang monthly flyers. It's not like we're asking them to completely rebuild, we just want the work that was supposed to be honored done. It is super hurtful and upsetting.This is a community that has no respect for their neighbors. I got to at 4am 5 days a week so I am in bed early. I mentioned this to my neighbors when I started this and asked to keep their music down. That totally got ignored 🙁 they play their music loudly, where I can hear over my TV and it keeps me awake. I tried talking to the office about it but they did nothing. Then just lady weekend my neighbor behind had someone mow her lawn at 8pm on a night I had to work the next day. Apparently i am the one being penisalize for trying to make a living and having to go to work super early. - AVOID at all costs. They agreed to the few things I needed done when I purchased my "home". 18 MONTHS AGO. NO FOLLOW THRU, THEY DONT CARE. The DEAD trees are dangerously hanging over my home. The stairs to my home are dangerously uneven. Threats of eviction with almost every email. I work nights at a job where I'm responsible for people's lives and life saving situations. Maintenence man beats on my door at 1030am, knowing (and being to by my neighbor) that I'm asleep. He returns again at 1215pm just to hand me my title! WTH??This place is a joke. And NO, I'm not calling the office to request all of this again. You know what you AGREED to DO.1. Spigot ( to wash home and property from the filth it has on it like mold and layered dirt)2. Trees3.
