Asked for the requirements to rent she looked at me and just gave me a bad look handed me a paper and said here lets make this easier me!! Asked to do a tour of one of the trailers to decide if i wanted to commit and she said i have to be approved first! And pay 70 application fee first 🤣 I want to see what im applying for first before making a decision!! By far most awful customer service!(get a grip karen)….

May 26, 2025 · DavidTried to look at a trailer here and was told to meet someone at office at 10 well I guess it was a joke on me because I'm here and nobody else even showed up. The office doors broke, alot of doors around the property are broken also, I talked to a tenant and they said there is a bug problem in here also well looks like luck has it and I dodged a bullet here. How do you expect to get people to rent when you miss the appointment?

I have lived here for 3 months and have never had any problems, porsha the manager always is very nice, she always makes sure you are happy and any problems you have she makes sure their tooken care of. I have never had to wait for anything to get fixed right when I tell her about it she sends someone down the same exact day. I highly recommend this mobile home park to anyone that needs a home, there is very friendly people there, and my kids have lots of friends there, it’s even right down the street from their school franke park, and next to the zoo and other parks ! I love my home ❤️

Managment don't take care of frozen pipes after many times of asking for maintenance. 2 days of froze pipes with small children. Had to ask Neighbors for buckets of water to flush the toilet. Trailers are very bad cold drafty. Bedroom, bathroom doors have small cabinet hinges for doors. Ants in kitchen sink. Very poor maintenance on the trailers. No snow removal. City garbage was skiped for 2 weeks even though it was properly put out on Road.
