For many Tennesseans, particularly those in the greater Nashville area seeking a balance between affordability, community, and suburban convenience, Weatherly Estates in Lebanon presents itself as a potential housing solution. Its suitability for local residents is rooted in its unique offerings within the context of the region.
One of the most compelling aspects for locals is the financial accessibility that manufactured homes often provide. In a housing market where traditional homeownership can be a significant financial hurdle, Weatherly Estates offers the opportunity to own a modern home at a more attainable price point. This allows many Tennesseans to achieve the dream of homeownership without the overwhelming burden of a conventional mortgage, freeing up resources for other aspects of life.
Moreover, the community's location in Lebanon is a major draw. For those who work in Nashville but prefer a quieter, less congested living environment, the 30-minute commute is highly manageable. This means residents can enjoy the career opportunities and vibrant cultural scene of a major city while returning to a more peaceful home setting. Locally, Lebanon itself provides a rich array of community events, services, and amenities, fostering a strong sense of local pride and engagement that many Tennesseans cherish. Being part of a town with events like the Wilson County Fair and local farmers markets adds significant value to daily life.
The specific amenities offered at Weatherly Estates, such as the community center, playground, and basketball court, cater directly to a family-oriented lifestyle. These features provide built-in opportunities for recreation and social interaction, helping residents build connections and foster a true sense of neighborhood belonging. The gated aspect offers an added layer of security, which is often a priority for families. While some reviews indicate areas for improvement, a direct visit and conversation with management can clarify current conditions and confirm if the community aligns with individual expectations for a well-maintained and welcoming environment. For Tennesseans prioritizing affordable homeownership with communal amenities and convenient access to both local charm and metropolitan opportunities, Weatherly Estates offers a viable and attractive option.

Warning! This place is a dump. I was misled by the websites and youtube videos that made it look well kept. It is not. (Check the out youself). There is garbage everywhere, stray cats and dogs pooping in yards and the streets! Yes...I said the streets! A lot of the people have 4 or MORE junky cars in their yards plus they will pull up in your yard to park. No boundries...It doesnt matter how well you keep your home clean no one will want to buy yours with junkers on each side.BEWARE!DRIVE THRU BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT BUYING AND LIVING HERE!
Apr 11, 2025 · wisepenny5I own a mobile home in this lot since 2016 till this day i’ve had issues with people vandalizing my property i’ve involved the police and the management from this location yet have solve nothing or al least tried so now im asked to either move my home or sell it that’s the solution the office gave me 👏
Feb 13, 2025 · Paloma LunaLot rent goes up every year to home owners and you have to pay for water which is not billed through city water services, Weatherly Estates installed their own water meters and pretty much charges an outrageous amount (whatever they want in order to pay for the trash "dumpsters" that everyone in Lebanon uses as a dump site) i live alone and my water was $90 for 1 month which is absurd!! You also have to pay city and county taxes on a property that you don't even own plus taxes every year on you actual home weather you own or have a mortgage on. There is no benefits such as lawn care, trash pickup, or maintenance for people that own their home. There is not adequate parking for each resident. They are no longer renting, only selling when anything becomes available from previous renters. There's always vandalism from the bad kids with nothing better to do and nothing is done about it even if you report it.
Jan 16, 2023 · Yvonne KempGuess it depends on what side you live on....The first time I never had an issue and loved it but strays run wild tearing up property and if you aren't renting you are left to pay to fix it. The roads are so clogged with so many people parking in the road and not in driveways or partially up on the curb. Noise, yeah we know trailers, paper thin walls, but come on many nights even during the middle if the week you can hear people and/ their music houses away... Complaints are constantly filed but it still happens.
Mar 17, 2022 · Amanda HolderWe (my 3 children, my husband and I) lived there for 7.5 years since June 2008 to January 2016. We loved it. It was so hard for us to move from there but we had to move to Texas (if not, we still would live there!!!). We miss the pace, the neighborhood and the staff. The staff were always great!!! They are excellent persons!!!
