***PLEASE READ"*** First off let me say a word about the 3 stars!... The spots are very close. They are set up to where y'all get to see each other when you open your door/s. With that said, we have made friends and have had people that we ended not caring too much for. Worth the price in the area and never had ANY security issues throughout our stay in and off during spring and summer.Took the one graffiti freaky pic under a bridge from a locked fence. The other is quite normal for seeing the deer also ground hogs! Many other wildlife to see especially on the walks. The other is the actual Water Tower! Laundry nearby is great and fast. Full service as well if needed. Library, water fill store and then the downtown area. Enjoy. The host at the time when we stayed were very nice and accommodating! - Mark Russell
