Washington Estates Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Wonderful people and a great community. Expect all trailers available for rent to be somewhat new but all for sale trailers are typically 2+ years old BUT they do allow you to make the first offer! I suggest looking around both online and in person before giving an offer.Hardest part to the process is the Triade application for the mortgage. Depending on your underwriter.Lots of residents do have loud motorcycles but otherwise not much to complain about.Perfect for a starting home!
Mar 21, 2025 · GreenGo-Z Lawn CareThis place is horribly unsafe. If you move here expect to live in an area filled with drugs, sick cats everywhere and FREQUENT violence. Rent will be raised every year yet roads are never fixed. There is no security. There is someone on megans law right next to my house. This community is DANGEROUS but who cares as long as you pay them 600+ a month. People are literally trapped here. We can't afford to move. Our homes are worthless due to the issues in the park and it is just getting worse every day. Don't live on Regent. You will regret it.
May 21, 2025 · S RI literally can't say enough bad about this company and management! Starting 8/18 I began mentioning drainage issues outside of my home on Castle Road, they promised to jet the drain and have repairs done, it's A YEAR LATER and repairs still aren't done, stagnent water sits in front of homes and the constant water has caused my homes foundation to sink resulting in damages to my home. No phone calls are ever answered or returned, email communication is ignored. I highly recommend looking anywhere else to live, unless of course you enjoy being surrounded by junkies and standing water.
Aug 28, 2019 · K SechI think Mrs. Moore is a awesome lady, We are relocating there because my wife has cancer. And the doctors there are better there then they are where I live. . I would like everyone to know the ladies in the office are very nice and we look forward to making this place our home.
Dec 31, 2021 · LizaBeta MurphyDon't even waste your time. This "community" not only takes their time processing applications; they also lie to departing/future tenants. They try to deceive new buyers and the people working down there are so unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Maybe try town and country or another local trailer community.
