It’s a family park, senior pet friendly it has a pool Jacuzzi house where you can play pool. It has a library lit room and if you wanna make up party for the family, you can do at the clubhouse and free. You don’t have to rent or pay the posit the only thing you had to leave it it is clean, you can walk around in nighttime morning safe place to live with the family. You can leave your doors open. No crime is gated. It has a laundry room gym you have to pay for space and you need to buy the mobile home. There are a couple available with the mobile home in the space is almost like $2000 but it’s worth it. We have security 24 seven and the property is clean. and manager at this site in the clubhouse from 8 AM to 4 PM the pool is open from 10 in the morning to 8 o’clock at night and also at the park is barbecue grill. You don’t have to pay for gas.

Claudia the manager has a problem with family members visiting but does not trespass the crackheads she personally knows(they wonder around the mobile home park and even hang out in her office). It really brings down the quality of life having her around. Nothing has been done about it. She once littered on someone’s property thinking no one was watching her. Disgusting behavior from Claudia ! She has a son that’s in the neighborhood gang and won’t kick out her sons friends when they are publicly drinking and smoking. She needs to be terminated ASAP! I have video I will post on YouTube if she tries to claim otherwise

I stopped by bearing gifts for them no more less than 10 min outside their mobile home due to the fact that parking was full and no visitor pass was available. Some lady pulled up in a beat up honda accord screaming that we were in private property with her cholito son in the passenger seat. By her impededing traffic she caused a jam I pulled forward to get out of the way because she wouldn't move as she was in the opposite direction blocking all traffic. I did a U turn as soon as I noticed she was behind me and wouldn't go around me. I pulled up to her car and she just ranted that she was going to call the tow truck and blah blah blah she was really rude and offensive. I'm assuming it's the manager Claudia that i see in the other comments. This lady won't kick out the tweakers in the office where she works but will kick out people's family members wow. She did claim to be the manager there and showed no management skills whatsoever. Honestly it was a sorry and pathetic confrontation with the manager of this establishment. I feel so bad for my family having to live there. Definitely needs new management one who listens and doesn't look like a chola tweaker stalking vehicles.

I was there earlier today to drop off a gift to a family member and because there were no visitor parking spaces available we decided to make a quick stop . We were right in front of my family members home maybe less than 10 minutes a women stopped her car in the middle of the street which caused her to make traffic . She approached us with so much threat. She said we were in private property and she would call towing truck on us to have us removed . (Tow trucks can’t removed a vehicle with the driver in it) She claimed to be the manager of the place she was between ages 35-50 in a Honda Accord late model. If she in fact was the manager of this place I would be very embarrassed .
