I live here for now. Everyone here has problems with water freezing and drain freezing when it gets too cold. Only been here 6 months rates were raised twice. Was assured our lines were good when we moved in had to have a plumber come twice. When income taxes get here think I'm going to move somewhere else just buying my time till then. I think there is only 20 or 25 people actually renting here I don't know how they make money but if anything was decent they might have more tenants.
