It is well maintained, has reasonably priced lot rentals and the owner lives on the property himself, so you always have someone who is available to deal with any issues or requests you may have. Most importantly, this trailer court seems to be very safe and the people who live there are friendly and help each other out. My father lives here and has always had good neighbors. The majority have lived there for many years.

We were going to be working in the area and needed a place for our fifth wheel and found out Wallace has RV spaces. Eric, the owner, met us when we arrived and helped us into our spot and was very friendlyl. The park is very tidy and well maintained and always quiet. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay just outside of Pittsburgh, you can’t go wrong staying here.
