It is nice to see the pool open again. Thank u for opening the pool and doing a raffle for reviews. Prizes where great. The pool part turned out great. But the park still needs lots of work. Been here for 6 years and when the old owner had this place it was great family park. They even had a pond with fish and turtles u could feed and enjoy. But it no longer here. 😕 we have a new Manger hope she can bring the park back to a great family park. Need more things for family to do. With the rent increase of 10% hope to see lots of updates and more safety and more family things put in. Needs lots of work. Need to open club house back up to. When things approve more I will rate higher.

May 08, 2025 · Teresa SantosThis place has removed all of our street parking for absolutely no reason. They have turned the enter park into fire lanes despite the fire marshal stating these streets are NOT fire lanes through multiple phone conversations. They do not provide two parking spots per home. So my husband and I now cannot both not park at our home anymore. Pulling out groceries or your kids from your car is very dangerous as it might cost you $400 in towing fees. Don’t live here is you have friends that want to visit for lunch as they will be towed. Or celebrate Christmas with your family as they will be towed or give your child a birthday party in your own home as no parking available, or invite any whom is disabled as they will have to walk over an acre to get to your home. Don’t live here if you have multiple children and worry about their safety having to walk the streets to get to the car and while fast cars drive in the roadway that you need to walk through. This place is full of anxiety and trauma. It was a nice place for a long time. Operated as any other single family community but it operates as a apartment complex now. You own your home but have no freedom to invite friends and family over. It’s prison like now. It’s very depressing. They do not care about the homeowners at all.
Nov 14, 2024 · Nisha KearneyThis park has become a nightmare! The manager wants to charge extra or impose fines at every turn. She has taken away most of parking and when asked where our visitors, elderly visitors or handicap visitors were to park she said. " that is not my concern". In my opinion she is lazy and evil. She sits in her office and will not open the door to discuss problems. She yells at you through the door while she sits behind her desk. I have lived here 17 years and loved it until she became manager.
