Concerns were also raised about the pool and clubhouse being "closed since March" due to pandemic-related reasons, with frustration over management's perceived "laziness" in reopening them even after state guidelines allowed. While the homes themselves can be quite appealing, with units featuring "skylights," "large Master bedroom & bathroom with large Garden Tub," "open circular kitchen," and "new roofs, HVAC systems, and paid solar" in some renovated units, these operational and maintenance challenges are a significant part of the community's current reality. Vista Meadows Mobile Home Community Reviews
We have been here 7 years and the management has been nothing but a thorn in my side! The retaining wall in the back of our home was falling over when we got the place and it took years of nagging for them to replace it. Not by a professional and without a permit. So, the new retaining wall is falling over as well. Anyway, the original stairs they built after building the retaining wall were built poorly and covered a manhole cover for the city. These were built May of 2019 to replace them. They are falling apart as well. All that being said, document anything and everything they do so you have proof of what they screw up and how long it takes them to fix anything around here😡
Apr 28, 2021 · Chris McDonaldWe have been living in the park for 5 years now and has been great until the new management took over. Don't even know who's in charge anymore and don't even see management going around and cleaning up like they're supposed to. People park wherever they want due to the fact management is never around. The pool and clubhouse have been closed since March Because of the pandemic. I Totally Understand that people need to stay safe. San Diego has been off the list now for the last month and the governor Of California re open pools over 2 months now. unfortunately management is unequipped and does not want to open the pool Because they say is too unsafe for their employees. I'm sorry it just sounds like laziness because everybody else has to go to work regardless of the pandemic.
Aug 26, 2020 · Rosie RobidouxMy husband and I have been here since 1990 and now are not happy with new rules and threatening letters from a lawyer. Our house always looks nice yet other homes that look bad are left alone.
Nov 18, 2023 · Pat PhelanWould never reccomed living in this park. Defiantly not family friendly. Neighbors are super nosey and complain at everything. Staff acts super stuck up and rude. Not animal friendly either. Overall i hated the people, rules, and quality of this park. Would give zero star's if possible.
Oct 02, 2017 · Judy ValdezLived here for 9 years. Manager Christina was the best. A few people there seems to think they are the watchmen/WOMEN of the park. They really need to get a life and mind their own business.
