I really wouldn't recommend living here, though, because it isn't rent controlled and they raise the rent about every year. It's already pretty expensive to begin with, so that really is terrible. They also do a lot of annoying things without notifying you first. Like turning the water off "to fix something" it's so dumb 😑

The mobiles are run down and trashy. TTh managers are not friendly. They are also to old to run this place. He can't hear and she can't walk and she doesn't know a soul in here. But if you park on the street for even a min they are in the golf cart handing you a note! Never warn you when water will be off or electric either. And it's off half the summer. Never never live here. I will be gone as soon as I can.
