Aug 17, 2024 · Vickie AHOMELESS encampment is on other side of this property, be warned. Been living here for almost 4 years now. Michelle is great and everyone inside the park is either friendly or quiet(just how I like it). The bad thing is.. over the past year or so there is a growing number of homeless people living in the back side of this property on adjacent land. My heart goes out to those less fortunate but they are making fires, shooting guns, and fighting almost every night. Who will be responsible if a campfire ends up burning down the homes only 30 or so feet away from this encampment? We have even seen a few people hopping over the fence(near the dumpsters) to possibly look around / case some of the homes here. Very concerning and I hope something is done about it soon otherwise we will be looking elsewhere to live with our home.
Apr 07, 2023 · jake blackMy parents have lived here for 25 years. In the past five years they complained about new policies from the new management that they felt targeted them specifically, which made them feel unsafe - but they love their neighbors very much. I don't know if management has harassed them, but I do know they've failed in customer satisfaction if my parents suddenly feel threatened. The park looks neat and clean and all the residents seem friendly.
Jul 29, 2016 · Anna “Annajonzin” JonesWhat use is the 10 MPH speed limit sign if everyone is doing 40+? Place needs speedbumbs before someone gets hurt, particularly around the entrance. Vehicles are always flying around the corner entrance(near the mailboxs). I'm just waiting for the day two cars from opposite directions cut that corner fast then BAM.
