It's important to note that direct, verified information about all amenities is not always publicly exhaustive, but general expectations can be drawn:
- Community environment: Mobile home parks often foster a strong sense of community, with neighbors interacting and potentially forming close bonds. This can be a significant highlight for those seeking a more connected living experience.
- Potential for affordability: Compared to traditional site-built homes in California, mobile homes within parks can offer a more affordable housing option, both in terms of purchase price and ongoing costs (though lot rent is an ongoing expense).

- Pool access (with caveats): Customer reviews mention a pool, though with limitations on its availability. The presence of a pool, even with restricted hours, can be a valuable amenity for recreation and relaxation, especially during warmer months.
Please note that customer reviews indicate some challenges regarding parking. One review states, "No parking for guests or residents. Manager very uncooperative. Quick to tow vehicles and tow truck makes rounds regularly and frequently probably because of serious lack of parking." Another mentions, "Parking sucks, parking pass for visitors sucks. You have tenants with 6-7 vehicles or more, playing musical parking and swapping vehicles, while others get towed for visiting occasionally." This suggests that prospective residents should inquire thoroughly about parking policies and availability.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don't move into this place. No parking for guests or residents. Manager very uncooperative. Quick to tow vehicles and tow truck makes rounds regularly and frequently probably because of serious lack of parking. Pool only open for less then 6 months a year ànd closes regularly at managers discretion . Preferential treatment is obviously given to certain tenants who seem to have multiple parking spaces.
July 13 · David StamperParking sucks, parking pass for visitors sucks. You have tenants with 6-7 vehicles or more, playing musical parking and swapping vehicles, while others get towed for visiting occasionally. Other than that, it's not too bad.
June 28 · Cassandra “CassD” DeLaraNice place. My daughter husband and 6 my grandchildren’s live here. Very hot place mostly of the time. Beach’s of San Diego are little away from this location.
July 22 · Alfonso GuidaI've had my share of problems here. But overall it's a wonderful place to live. If you follow the rules you signed. Then you don't have any problems with management. She is a wonderful person. Always fair.
July 11 · Debra UmbriannaYou literally can't have your car parked outside for 1 minute because tow truck will be there, management has always been super rude. Even told me we couldn't have our dog because its "too big," even though we have proof he is a service dog. And I see all these other neighbors with huge dogs as well. Don't recommend living here at all.
