Valley View Estates LLC Introduce
For residents across Utah's rapidly growing Cache Valley, securing truly affordable and stable housing is often a significant challenge. Valley View Estates LLC in Logan, Utah, steps forward as an established mobile home community providing a vital pathway to homeownership and long-term security. It offers an appealing and practical alternative to the traditional, often prohibitive, housing market in the region. This community is more than just a place to park a manufactured home; it represents a genuine effort to provide a safe, welcoming, and cost-effective neighborhood for individuals and families in the Logan area.
The unique advantage of communities like Valley View Estates is the ability for residents to own their dwelling—a tangible asset—while leasing the land, which dramatically reduces the initial financial barrier compared to purchasing a site-built home. This arrangement is particularly valuable in a university town like Logan, where housing demand is high. The community’s commitment to affordability and resident well-being has recently been underscored by significant positive changes, particularly in management, which has led to a revitalized focus on clear communication and supportive resident relations.
Long-term residents highlight the transformation underway, noting that while the park faced challenges with past management, the new leadership has brought a renewed sense of approachability and dedication. This shift has been key to rebuilding the neighborhood's atmosphere, making it a truly "safe" and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and heard. For anyone who has struggled with the high cost of living in Cache Valley, Valley View Estates represents a rare and cherished opportunity, as one resident noted, providing a "home" where other options were "unfeasible or out of budget."
Location and Accessibility
Valley View Estates LLC is conveniently located at 470 N 600 W, Logan, UT 84321, USA. The strategic location provides the residential comfort of a dedicated community while maintaining close proximity to Logan’s dynamic central areas.
Residents benefit from the excellent accessibility inherent to the Logan area. Utah State University is a short drive away, offering cultural, educational, and employment opportunities. Services Offered
As a professional mobile home park, Valley View Estates LLC provides the necessary services to maintain a clean, organized, and functioning community. The operational structure is designed to minimize the communal responsibilities for the homeowner while providing an established framework of support and maintenance. Key services offered by the community generally include:
- Affordable Lot/Pad Leasing: Providing land under lease for manufactured homes, notably offering what residents describe as the "lowest In cache valley" lot fees, which is the cornerstone of the park’s affordability.

- Essential Utility Hookups: Providing established hookups for utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity to each home site. Tenants are typically responsible for their usage and billing for many of these services.
- Security and Safety Oversight: Maintaining a safe living environment, a feature deeply appreciated by long-time residents who consider the park a "safe" place to call home.
Note that while the lot fee is low, residents are typically responsible for the installation, hook-up, and billing of personal utilities like cable TV, electric, gas, water, sewer, and refuse collection, a common arrangement in mobile home communities.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have had the privilege of living here for six years, having purchased my first home at the age of 21. In the past, I found that communication with management could be challenging, and at times, I didn’t receive the answers I needed, which may have contributed to some negative feedback about the park. However, there has been a change in management since then. This park has truly become my home. I appreciate its safety, the affordable lot/pad fees, which are the lowest In cache valley and the wonderful families and kind neighbors who live here. During my year-long search for housing, I found many options either unfeasible or out of my budget, making my home here feel like a rare opportunity.I want to express my gratitude for the new manager, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind. She has gone out of her way to assist me in navigating some challenges left by previous management and has always been open to finding solutions and compromises during tough times. It is heartening to see that the park is moving away from a more stringent oversight and is focusing on rebuilding a welcoming community. The efforts she has put in for me and others are greatly appreciated, and I find her to be very approachable and dedicated to enhancing our living experience.

September 06 · Mariah wilcoxI’ve lived here for 8 years and Shauna is a great manager so understanding and respectful to the community! She is the best manager the park has ever had! She is fast at communicating back to you when you are having problems and have any questions! I really hope that she stays for a long time! She’s really good! In my opinion she deserves a raise and much needed respect!

September 10 · Shaylin Cook2023 update. I’ve been living here for about a year. They are a bit slow at responding but I believe that’s because they run other parks. It’s incredibly safe here. Before anyone moves into the park they do background checks to make sure you are safe for the young community. The owner is a bit mean but I think you have to be if you’re the owner and the manager is nice if you communicate with her. The community here is amazing. Everyone is so nice and supportive. There are a lot of kids here so it’s kid friendly. There is also a small park. They do have a service that boots cars so the roads don’t become ugly but they will boot utility vehicles. I had some work being done at my home and they booted the utility vehicle. The booting service is different from the park and they suck. All the booting service once is money. Overall is nice to live here if you fallow the rules but they will go hard after you if you don’t. Also as of 2024 rent is $378 so it’s perfectly for low income housing.
