I love living here at Heather Highlands. It is so peaceful and the Community is clean and well maintained. I feel safe here and all my neighbors are so nice. The Management takes good care of the Community and all the Residents here. We enjoy the pool. Great location with public bus service too.

In the beginning they were awesome and answered emails quickly and all about me buying a home. I sent the application and paid their fee to apply. After that I never heard a word from them again literally.... I emailed even the main office and corporate office to NEVER heard a word back either way from anyone. I wouldn't suggest this company or Valley Stream Park who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, for them I was willing to buy their double manufactured home with cash in hand to pay it off up front ($90k) But, I never heard a word back, no email, phone call, NOTHING! do not waist your time and money even reaching out to them. Extremely Disappointing!!
