Twin Oaks Park Reviews
I moved here in March of this year (2024) and I'm enjoying it so far. Jami is really nice and seems eager to please. I wish the lawn maintenance was a bit more pleasing to the eyes and we need another dumpster but I've not had any trouble with neighbors being loud. It's not a bad place at all from my experience(Edit 6-2025 DEFINITELY need better lawn maintenance)
Jun 25, 2025 · Tina MaddoxI have family that lives there. The owners are constantly working to improve it and adding new mobile homes. But the waiting list is long . So that lets you know that it's a great place to rent from
Jan 22, 2025 · Chris BrubakerThis a quiet,well-run park of both good tenants and good management. Any problems are expediently taken care of by the Manager Jamie . She is courteous and helpful in quickly taking care of any adverse situation, as well as being considerate and congenial. I like where I am living and feel safe. The house is very nice.
Oct 31, 2024 · Linda BuzbeeMy husband & I moved into the community recently & we’ve had nothing but positive experiences/interactions thus far. The community feels very safe, the homes are nice, they’re relatively inexpensive, & the Park Manager is very responsive. Would recommend any family type to consider this park in particular!
Oct 15, 2024 · Modesty FreemanMy mom has lived in that trailer park for 6 years. The rent was cheap then and they took really well care of the trailer park. It's been sold three times since then and progressively gotten worse each time and now it's triple what it used to be for rent and the grass is growing up it looks like a hay field but only the parts that the trailer park are supposed to maintain. Everybody's front and backyards look good they are made to maintain them but everywhere else looks awful. There's two or three people in there that sell hard drugs and they've had a few people overdose and die. Like three in the last year from what I hear. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place anymore to anyone, that I like anyway. LOL
