Twin Oaks mobile Home Park Reviews
Honestly, I don’t recommend living here, managers and owner care more about kicking out hardworking people than actually focusing on making their community better, all they think about is money. They are always in other people’s business but their own, I barely see the office open. They make their own rules as they go ex) you cannot throw trash on the weekends or they’ll come out and harass you then charge you for every little thing just so they can make a profit. Is twin oaks a community where you want to live ? The only way you’ll live peacefully here is by kissing their behinds .. if I could leave zero stars I would.

James has employees working for him whom he refers to as dumb "rednecks" and other choice words because jobs weren't done properly. Your car will get damaged from nails and potholes.
