So it means I can am responsible for trees and gravel. I been living here for at least 30 years. A tree branch fell on my Buick Encore and dented the hood and tore to paint down to the metal. Then in less than 2 weeks another branch fell on my car and I called Butch and Virginia again and said I could turn it into my car insurance or home owners insurance. At that time I was renting this lot. So it was their responsibility to pay for damage to my car.
