Apr 03, 2025 · Kelly FormanTravelers campground was so conveniently located off the highway, very well maintained and such a cool place to stay. I loved their wildlife preserve. It was so nice to enjoy a walk in the morning and see the donkeys, miniature horses, chickens, and even a cow that they have on the property. Staff was very nice and so easy to work with over the phone, they offer discounts for AAA account holders along with other discounted rates opportunities. Overall a very organized operation.
Feb 10, 2025 · lexi scottExcellent campground, clean, staff friendly. Bonus, they have rescue animals on site. Staff provided some food to feed the animals. Pet friendly campground
Jul 01, 2025 · Sandi BrowerCampground is very convenient, right off the highway, But very over priced to pull off the road at530pm and leave early am. $89.10 with a military discount. We were told oh rates are higher because of the races, but after reading reviews I see other people were told, it's peak season and rates are higher because it's football weekend, I feel they are taking advantage of people because of the situation they pull off the highway tired and do not want to keep going. Sad because this could of been a yearly convenient stop for us.
