For California locals, Tradewinds Mobile Lodge in San Jacinto represents a potential housing option, particularly for those seeking more affordable living within the challenging California housing market. The fundamental suitability for locals often revolves around the financial accessibility that mobile home park living can offer. Moreover, the park's location in San Jacinto offers a more relaxed pace of life compared to California's bustling metropolitan centers, which can be appealing to locals desiring a quieter environment. It is important for prospective Californian residents to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, speaking with current residents, and directly confirming all policies and amenity conditions with park management. Tradewinds Mobile Lodge Reviews
Management is extremely unprofessional. Maintenance is terribly kept by a 90 year old tweaker. Repairs never get done. Manager is never in office. Manager encourages problem tenants to blast music until 3am so good luck getting any sleep here. She often goes on a power trip and has tenants cars illegally towed out of their own driveway. Definitely the worst decision anyone can make is to move here.
Mar 11, 2025 · Ambient RaindropI lived in this park since 2002 and moved out 7 month's ago due to the managers they have now. They are the most unprofessional because they argue and curse at you if you correct or call them out on the way they conduct themselves. RUDE the man always tries to intimidate women he stares, goes on your property and look's into your windows, always arguing when you tell him to stop staring and tells you "make me". Lazy instead of picking up trash he uses a leaf blower to blow the trash onto your property while he is on a golf cart smelling like alcohol on several occasions. Antagonizing always trying to pick fights with women when they tell him to don't look at me. And his girlfriend the manager always defend's him when you report him. Liar's the retaliation when you call corporate is ridiculous, corporate backs them up and you will start getting ridiculous notices for the smallest things. Animal stealing.. they will trap your cat's even though there is a mouse infestation in the park. And they don't do anything to get rid of the mice at least the cat's did. Peeping tom on several occasions me along with other tenants have had issues with the man (maintenance) looking into our windows. He always whistles antagonizing the dog's to bark then they will give you a notice about your dog's barking. Privacy there isn't any they tell other tenants business to others in the park. I moved out of this place because of all of these reasons. My stress and anxiety levels have decreased since I moved. I honestly can say I miss Donna as the manager. The biggest mistake the owner did was to hire these people.
Nov 05, 2016 · Jeannette StoneThe management is rude and does things to make your guest feel uncomfortable. I went to visit a friend who lives there. I parked in the proper visitors parking. Was there a total of 20 minutes and the manager who has seen me visit atleast 50 times took down my license plate to try and have my vehicle towed. Every single time I pick my friend up he comes outside and stares at me. I wave and try to say hello and he still only stares. I have complained to corporate office who has done nothing.
Mar 16, 2017 · GetDownWith TheGardnerThief's! Don't rent from this place. You will never get your deposit back. After renting from this place for 3 years they have the audacity to keep your deposit for carpet cleaning, cleaning services and a gardener.... (which I must add) they never got a gardener! They are scum and the so called maintenance guy who drives around in his cart ( watch out ) he likes to peep through Windows and walk onto your property
Mar 24, 2020 · Carrie RodriguezI didnt even live here and I hate it lol! I went in and applied for the park (which we still have not gotten any updates like 2 weeks later). My parents went in to speak with the manager about the applications we put in and the maintenance guy kept coming in yelling at them to hurry up and cussing and being super aggressive to them during their sit down with the lady. And whenever we went by during business hours they were NEVER THERE we went morning noon and evening and there was never anyone there. And when we would call the numbers given they wouldnt answer. Out of control! I am actually sooooo glad it didnt work out. Management needs to be removed they are horrible.
