Tradewinds MHC Reviews
I have been to this park many times, by far one of the worst ones ever. I was visiting some great people but some of their neighbors are atrocious and should be in jail for harassment. The new manager is absolutely terrible and the few good reviews on here are from people she gets her drugs from. Don't live here and help save the good ones that do.
Sep 07, 2023 · Rosemary FurmanI've lived here almost 7 years. When I lived here there was a lot of places that needed cleaned up and some bad people. But since we've got our new manager Ashlyne she has cleaned the place up a lot it looks so much nicer in here. She is always there if need be if there's issues in the park or your property and takes care of it immediately. If she doesn't know an answer to a question she will definitely find it out. She does what she says she's going to do. I'm glad she's our manager because there's been huge changes.
Sep 13, 2023 · Julie SprankleAshlyne is by far one of the best park managers we have ever had and she has really worked hard to clean up our community and she is always right there when needed. Her maintenance guys are Fernando and Brandon are awesome and always show up when you need them to and they do a lot to keep our community clean. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
Mar 11, 2023 · Joyce SmithI am so happy we got a manager who is here when you need her. Ashlyn has been working hard to keep our park clean and safe. She is always there to answer your questions and if she doesn’t know the answers she will find out for you.Our maintenance men Ferndon and Brandon work hard around the park. I personally have seen these 3 stay and deal with broken water lines till late in the night when they could have been home with their families.I have high hopes for our park now.Thank you Ashlyn and her team.
Mar 12, 2023 · ReneeI lived there about 15 yrs ago when it was 55 and up although my ex and I weren't, I guess they liked us. It was very nice and clean and quiet. But from the pics I see that it has changed drastically! They must've changed owners or something because it looks like someplace where I would be afraid to drive through now. 1 Star now, 5 Stars 15 yrs ago!!
