Lots of delapitated homes provide sanctuary to meth heads. Roadways are broken up and repaired with cheap fill in that washes out after each rain. Lot rent climbs each year with no progress to clean up or repairs. Dangerous area of town and not patrolled by law enforcement. Manager is a goid person, but lowsy at his job.
