Town & Country Mobile Home Pk Reviews
It's a nice, small 55+ senior mobile home community that's a gated community. The lot rent is more affordable than other larger mobile home parks. There's amenities such as a pool, dances, etc. but on a smaller scale and not all year round. There are some snowbirds that have homes there but do not live in Florida year round. The park is kept clean and is in a safe neighborhood. It's pleasant and quiet.Addendum 5/25/2025): I’m updating this review and now rating it 3 stars. Unfortunately, the park has changed since 2 or more years ago. They have raised lot rents astronomically causing many residents (both snow birds and year long) to sell their homes. It’s a shame that they’re pushing good people out of the housing market in an attempt to get new people to pay a lot more money for the privilege of living there. Plus they also pay land taxes.

Jan 16, 2025 · Tommy NemethThis place looks nice but looks our deceiving. We loved it there and it had its issues but when the HOA that you pay dues for to be in can't help you something is wrong there. We have a special needs son that loves to help his neighbors out. But unfortunately we got stabbed in the back cause you have 25 people who our so miserable that they all got together with the help of the HOA and our son was kicked out and eventually we sold our house there cause no one on the board would help us out. In fact we went somewhere else and my mistake was telling a few neighbors who I thought were concerned and our son got kicked out of that place. If you do not believe me that is your right. But be forewarned. I would not trust anyone there and watch your back.

Apr 04, 2025 · Isurbide GuibertI am choosing to give Town and Country Mobile Home Park, the place my sister and I grew up at and have been going to for 20+ years now every year only a 1 star rating . We have came here our whole lives to spend valuable time with our grandpa John and our great grandma Nancy Haag who have purchased their home in 1994 and have been living there since. There are many reasons why I give this place a 1 star rating but the most important reasons are 1. The new management along with the staff are beyond terrible, they are unprofessional with the way they handle anything, the office administrator constantly has an attitude and very nasty Everytime you talk to her, one example is when she tried telling me that I wasn't aloud there not to even take care of my own grandma even after i tried telling her I am legally employed with a company to take care of my grandma all she had to say back was oh well that's not my problem I'm not running a nursing home. 2. If they don't want someone living in the park anymore they will go as low as to start making up new rules as they go just to pick on you or single you out until you are forced to sell your home and move out 3. Most importantly, my grandparents have lived in there home for over 25 years, my grandpa was on the board and everyone absolutely adored him until he recently passed away, now its just my grandmother left. Even though my grandpa just passed away and the only memories she has of him are in that house, even though that house is all she knows because she has been living there for the last 25 + years, even though she is 91 years old they don't care about any of that they are STILL KICKING HER OUT OF HER HOME THAT SHE ONCE SHARED WITH MY GRANDPA! I used to love this place and all of the people in it, everyone treated everyone like we were all family until sadly the new management took over and the whole park went down hill. even though it is so sad to say I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE IN THIS PARK ANYMORE
