Totem Pole Mobile Estates Reviews
I am afraid that the rental increases will force us to sell and move. I like the place. It's nice and quiet. The neighbors are great. We are 80 and 84.
March 10 · Sandy JohnsonI love this park and it's residents. I feel we have a great community and a great group of people that fulfill this community. It's full of trees, nature and a beautiful crick that runs along side of the park. I do my best to make sure that the park runs smoothly and with little to no problems. It's a happy little place and hope it stays this way for many years to come.
September 19 · Supa DDon't move here! Management does not stick up for its residents. The park has a out of control Karen and doesn't do a thing, just let's her be out of control. Find a place that actually cares about it's residents.
June 13 · cindy malesI live at Totem Pole Estates. When I was looking to buy a mobile home I went to every senior and family park in Vancouver. I've seen some really bad ones with questionable people living there and some that are a little better. Totem Pole Estates is one of the top best mobile home parks for many reasons. Even though it's located off of a busy road it's very quiet here because it's offset from the road. The manager, Don, is very nice, caring, and a hard working man. He does a great job keeping the park clean. The residents are very friendly and maintans their homes. In a lot of mobile home parks I looked at, the homes are very close to each other but not here, you got some breathing room between you and your next door neighbor. In my space I have the creek next to me. I've seen blue heron, ducks, geese. I'm very happy here if you can't tell, lol.
July 04 · Cynthia ServiBad they just raised the rent to $ 520 a month from $460 starting Jan 1st 2020, wait until you see 2021 rate hike! Shame on Donna Neilson owner of this park and Neilson park in Portland, these are all fixed income seniors here. Some seniors can not even afford cable and have just enough for food on a fixed income are in trouble. Most are disabled and make less then 1100 a month. They own old mobiles and this is only place they can afford to live as they paid off 70s trailers years ago. Now some are facing homeless situations when they rent takes effect Jan 1st 2020. such greed from the Neilsons while they live in Hawaii. There is a Churh that comes and deliver free food sometimes, but now these folks are in real trouble.
