Andy, the owner, is one of the most hard-working people I've ever met and everyone goes out of their way to help. Neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well cared for and, overall, it's just a great place to live. Naysayers will never be happy anywhere, in my opinion. This is definitely a place to look at if you're considering a mobile home.
