Extremely rude! I live in the development next to tiki village. I was walking my dog through tiki this morning, on a leash, and because a home owners dog bit a person's dog that didn't live there, I was asked not to walk there anymore. I called Scott when I got home and told him that because tiki village streets are not private, he could not ask me to not walk the loop. I also told him that this was the home owners responsibility to make sure that their dog doesn't run out and bite anyone regardless of if you live there or not. Scott became irrate and hung up on me.
Dec 10, 2024 · Carroll CincottaVery rude management can’t even visit a resident that lives there because the manager will assume you live there and give you a warning of being towed if he sees the resident anywhere near the vehicle or get out of vehicle he assumes you also live there, even if you try to be clear that the people that visit don’t live at residence they request a form of who and who lives inside the mobile home. A lot of favoritisms on who can park in visitor parking He’s very very rude the years that my Bf’s family has lived their, their was never an issue until this new manager took over authority really gets into peoples head it’s a shame

Mar 08, 2025 · TomBeen living here for 5 months and management have make this a nightmare for me and my family, manager always yelling at people and being rude to some residents, a lot off favoritism over who can park in “visitors parking”, he comes out and yells at who ever he don’t like, we don’t even go to the pool anymore because manager always behind us investigating if we are wearing the appropriate swim wear which we always are, something he does not do with other residents, management it’s allowed to take pictures off your personal stuff inside the property your paying rent for, not even apartments do that. We move from an apartment to our “home” but to be honest this hasn’t be what we expect thanks to our (“nice and respectful” )manager TIM ! Don’t move here just don’t….
